UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski recently shared a video on social media where he revealed the gender of his upcoming third baby. However, some Twitter users noticed that he seemed disappointed with the result.
In the video, Volkanovski can be seen surrounded by his family, including his wife Emma Volkanovski, and two daughters, Ariana and Airlie. They popped a balloon to reveal pink confetti, indicating that they were expecting a baby girl. While the family appeared excited and celebratory, some viewers thought that Volkanovski’s reaction was not as enthusiastic as the others.

Despite this, many fans congratulated the UFC champion on becoming a “girl dad” for the third time. In the video, Volkanovski mentioned that while he would love and cherish the baby regardless of its gender, as a father of two girls, he had hoped for a boy to add some variety.

However, it seems that Makhachev has other plans as he recently put out a tweet calling for his next opponent. Not one to let go, Volkanovski replied to the tweet and directly challenged the lightweight champion to a rematch.
