American mixed martial arts promotion Bellator MMA has unveiled its first official rankings.
So, the first position in the list of the best fighters, regardless of weight categories among men, is occupied by the Brazilian Patricio Freire, who holds titles in two weight categories at once. In second place is the light heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov, followed by Gegard Mousasi, who has a middleweight belt.
In the women’s pound-for-pound ranking, Cris Cyborg is in the lead, while Juliana Velasquez and Ilima-Lei MacFarlane are in second and third places.
