American mixed martial arts fighter Cody Garbrandt has repeatedly spoken about his desire to fight with Brazilian Jose Aldo. Cody believes this confrontation is the best option for him at the moment and he is confident that he can knock out the titled opponent.
“I feel like my best performances are yet to come, so why not test me against Jose Aldo? He is still dangerous and still at the top. Aldo is currently in my weight class. He wins, and I win. We are both in the top five so I think this is the perfect fight for the two of us.
I have a lot of respect for Jose, but I know that it is much better for him. This applies to struggle, speed, physical strength. I know I’ll knock him out. I’m looking forward to this fight, ”said Cody Garbrandt.
