Former UFC star Paige VanZant will take on TikTok sensation Elle Brooke this weekend on the latest Misfits Boxing card.
Paige VanZant makes the switch to boxing this weekend when she takes on TikTok model Elle Brooke.
Former UFC star VanZant has not fought since her last bare-knuckle fight ended in defeat by Rachael Ostovich almost three years ago. Her UFC career ended in 2020 after nine fights with the leading MMA promotion before she swapped the cage for the ring.
Paige VanZant should start as the favourite given her experience with Brooke taking part in just her fifth fight having won four of her previous bouts, most recently in her rematch with AJ Bunker. There are plenty of intriguing fights on the undercard as former NFL star L’Veon Bell who fights for the third time having one won of his two fights so far. Here is everything you need to know about the fights…
What UK time will Paige VanZant vs Elle Brooke start?
The main event is expected to start at around 4am in the UK with the fight taking place in Houston this weekend. The card will start at around midnight but all fight times are subject to change depending on how long the undercard bouts take to complete.

Elle Brooke: “[You’ve] fallen off. I think recently you’re not as talked about anymore. You had your hype when you were in the UFC but now you’ve lost that pull. Whether it is views or people just being interested in you, I think you have fallen off.
“I presume your gameplan will be grappling and inside work because of what you’ve done in the past but I’m here to cause an upset. I’m here in America, I realised this is the country of opportunity and dreams. I’ve worked so hard for this and fight night is going to be a huge upset.”
Paige VanZant: “I know after I beat you, I’m going to go for a drink and celebrate. Maybe we’ll share a drink. If you look at my last two fight; one girl had her nose broken and I knocked the other girl’s teeth out. I went 10 rounds in bare-knuckle boxing without a single cut on me. Now we have gloves on it’s different but I feel confident either way.”
