New footage shows a devastating jab caused a ridiculous amount of damage during the UFC 307 main event.
Light-heavyweight champion Alex Pereira knocked out Khalil Rountree Jr. in the fourth round of their enthralling fight at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Saturday night.
‘Poatan’ survived some early adversity and even suffered a knockdown before turning things around to leave his opponent in a bloody mess on the Octagon floor.
Rountree Jr. did well to stay in the fight so long, especially after Pereira made his nose explode with a sickening jab that was captured in slow-motion footage that has gone viral.

The Brazilian knockout artist was on the brink of taking out Rountree Jr., who was blood-soaked and showed tremendous courage to keep throwing back in round four.
However, he found himself against an opponent who was simply too good.
Even a jab from Pereira can cause an amazing amount of damage, as evidenced by the super slow-motion footage currently being shared by countless MMA fans.
It shows the 37-year-old connecting with what appears to be a light shot – but it made Rountree Jr’s nose completely explode and triggered the beginning of the end.
Moments later, the American was floored by two nasty body shots and veteran referee Marc Goddard stepped in to mercifully wave off the fight.
UFC fans went wild after seeing the epic footage of Pereira’s devastating jab.
