Take a look Update On Goldberg’s Next Match In WWE Following Bad Blood 2024 Return

While nothing in this regard has been announced and neither is Goldberg booked for any further WWE appearances, the internal thought is that a match for the former WCW franchise is in the pipeline.

During the post-event press conference, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H was also asked about the possibility of Goldberg wrestling again and he didn’t rule out a by uttering the “Never say never” catchphrase.

An update in this regard is now available via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter as the source sounded optimistic about a possible match between Goldberg and GUNTHER, noting that WWE would never create such a PLE moment without a follow-up.

The source further suggested that the match could take place at WrestleMania, the Royal Rumble, or even at Crown Jewel PLE in Saudi Arabia next month, where Goldberg might also get involved in a further angle involving Sami Zayn.

In a major swerve possibility, Meltzer also mentioned that Zayn might end up winning the world title on tonight’s episode of Raw from GUNTHER after Goldberg’s interference to officially set up the match for any of the upcoming PLEs.

“They could do it anytime. It’s actually a Saudi match but GUNTHER is facing Cody, unless Sami wins. Maybe Sami wins with Goldberg’s help? GUNTHER will face Goldberg in Saudi,” Meltzer stated in his report.

For the time being, GUNTHER is booked to compete in a champion vs. champion match against Cody Rhodes to determine the inaugural Crown Jewel Champion in Saudi Arabia unless we get a new world champion on Raw.
