Two options for restrictions are considered.
- The first implies “full quarantine” for all players, coaches of medical workers and other persons who are in contact with football players. This move can be carried out if a large hotel complex is rented.
- The second option suggests that players and referees will have to wear “sports protection for the mouth and nose.” These should be special masks that hold tight and do not slip. In addition, players will be prohibited from touching them with their hands.
“If the masks still slip off, the game should be stopped immediately. In addition, because of the rapid breathing, the masks will be wet with saliva much faster, they must be changed at least every 15 minutes,” the ministry said.
