A welterweight fight pitting Tim Means against Danny Roberts has been pull out from the UFC Vegas 29 card scheduled to take place this Saturday at UFC APEX in Las Vegas.

UFC officials confirmed the news to MMA Fighting on Tuesday.
At this time there’s no word why the matchup was scrapped from this weekend’s card but it has been removed from the lineup after originally being scheduled to take place on the main card.
It’s expected that Means will get a new opponent with a rescheduled fight in the coming weeks. There’s no word on when Roberts will return to action.
Means teased on Twitter that he will have new fight news coming soon.
UFC Vegas 29 will be headlined by an exciting featherweight scrap between “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung and Dan Ige.

With Means vs. Roberts off the card, UFC Vegas 29 now proceeds with 12 total fights scheduled.
