The reigning UFC light heavyweight champion, Jan Blachowicz, reacted to the statement of Khamzat Chimaev, who in a recent interview announced that he could move up two weight classes and beat the Polish fighter.
“He needs to say something. On the internet, he has already won all the UFC championship belts via Twitter, ”Jan Blachowicz said in an interview with Jason Burgos. “I have proven many times that I can beat guys from the lighter weight classes. I can also start talking about beating anyone in boxing, Tyson Fury and everyone else, if they give me a chance that I will knock them out, but who would believe that besides me? So, Chimaev can speak, but conversations and fights, sparring and fights are completely different things “

Recall that Jan Blachowicz will defend his light heavyweight title against Glover Teixeira on September 4 at UFC 266, and Khamzat Chimaev plans to fight Neil Magney in the welterweight division in August.
