UFC Fight Night: Rafael Fiziev vs. Mateusz Gamrot takes place Saturday night, and MMA News is here to bring you the official weigh-in results!
After a run of arena events in Boston, Singapore, France, Australia, and Las Vegas, the mixed martial arts leader is back at home base this week for its latest event at the Apex facility.
In the main event, lightweights will take center stage as top 10 contenders Rafael Fiziev and Mateusz Gamrot vie for a place in the divisional title picture in what many expect to play out as a classic striker vs. grappler contest.
Heavy attention is also being placed on the co-headliner, which will see featherweight fan favorite Bryce Mitchell return to action for the first time since having his professional record in the sport blemished by Ilia Topuria last December. If “Thug Nasty” is to bounce back, he’ll have to end Dan Ige’s 2023 winning run.
With strawweight contenders Marina Rodriguez and Michelle Waterson-Gomez set to run it back, as well as the likes of TUF winners Bryan Battle and Mohammed Usman, perennial entertainer Charles Jourdain, and welterweight veteran Tim Means taking to the cage, Saturday’s card isn’t short on intrigue.
