Jake Paul recently shared his prediction for a possible matchup between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia following Davis’ win last night. ‘The Problem Child’ took to Twitter to let the world know that he believes Garcia will knock Davis out should the pair end up fighting.
Both men compete in boxing’s lightweight division and will put their undefeated records on the line on April 15, 2023, should everything go to plan.
At the post-fight press conference following Davis’ TKO win over Hector Garcia yesterday, ‘Tank’ was informed of Paul’s prediction for a potential fight with Ryan Garcia.
Davis did not appear fazed by Paul’s comments and said the following about both men:
“Jake Paul is a clown, and Ryan is a bigger clown. Tell him to get ready. That’s what they do, they like to talk. Try and get fame off of other people’s victories and things like that. It shouldn’t be no more talking, it should be working.”

Javier Mendez reacts to Jake Paul signing with the PFL
Javier Mendez, the head coach at the American Kickboxing Academy (AKA), recently shared his thoughts on the news that Jake Paul has signed with the PFL, a rising MMA promotion.
Being the head coach at AKA for so many years has exposed Mendez to the best MMA fighters walking the planet, and he knows what it takes to be the best. The likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov, Daniel Cormier, Luke Rockhold, Cain Velasquez and Islam Makhachev are all products of the AKA sytstem.
In a recent interview with ‘The Schmo’, Mendez described Paul as the real deal and appeared to have high expectations for the MMA career of ‘The Problem Child’:
“I think the PFL signing Jake Paul is the best move they’ve ever done… Now nobody talks about him not being legit. Before they used to… but I had the cheat code, BJ Florez sending me video of Paul. And I’m going ‘Woah this kid’s legit.’ And his work ethic, it’s second to none as far as a fighter. This is a real fighter, he took it serious… therefore, the results are in the pudding.”
