Deadpool and Wolverine stars Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Emma Corrin were joined by several fellow cast members and celebrities in New York City on Monday night for the red carpet world premiere of the movie.
Joining Reynolds and Jackman for the premiere were Reynolds’ wife and fellow actor Blake Lively as well as supermodel and TV personality Gigi Hadid. Lively and Hadid dressed appropriately for the occasion as they each wore Deadpool and Wolverine-inspired outfits.
Lively, as the film confirms, plays Deadpool variant Lady Deadpool in the Deadpool & Wolverine, although her is wearing the character’s mask during the movie.
Here’s a look at some of the other stars who appeared at the Deadpool and Wolverine premiere.
Emma Corrin plays Cassandra Nova in Deadpool and Wolverine. Cassandra—who is the twin sister of X-Men founder Charles Xavier—is the main villain in the movie.
Corrin’s credits include the young adult version of Princess Diana in The Crown.

Shawn Levy directs Deadpool and Wolverine and is one of the co-writers and co-producers on the film with Ryan Reynolds.
Levy previously directed Reynolds in the hit movies Free Guy and The Adam Project, and Hugh Jackman in Real Steel.
Aaron Stanford play the villainous Pryo in Deadpool and Wolverine, who serves as a henchman to Cassandra Nova. Stanford told me in a Zoom conversation Tuesday that his appearance on the red carpet for the Deadpool & Wolverine premiere marked a rare occasion.
“Man, it’s not my scene. I’m a house cat,” Stanford said, laughing. “If you see me on the red carpet, you’ll see a terrified man out of his element—a fish out of water.”
Stanford originated the role of Pyro in X2: X-Men United and reprised the role in X-Men: The Last Stand.
Dafne Keen reunites with her Logan castmate Hugh Jackman in Deadpool and Wolverine. Keen stars as Laura, aka the mutant X-23 in the film.
Keen’s projects since Logan have included the sci-fi series His Dark Materials and Star Wars: The Acolyte.
Leslie Uggams reprises her Deadpool and Deadpool 2 role of Blind Al in Deadpool and Wolverine.
Deadpool and Wolverine marks the second high-profile sci-fi project Uggams has starred in this year. She also stars in the blockbuster Prime Video series Fallout.
Brianna Hildebrand reprises her role as Negasonic Teenage Warhead in Deadpool & Wolverine. Hildebrand also plays the mutant character in Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
Hildebrand’s credits also include the TV series version of The Exorcist as well as the series Lucifer.
Morena Baccarin reprises her role as Vanessa in Deadpool & Wolverine. Baccarin’s Vanessa is the girlfriend of Ryan Reynolds’ Wade Wilson/Deadpool in Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
Baccarin’s credits include the Batman-themed series Gotham.
Madonna—whose classic dance hit Like a Prayer is used prominently in the trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine as well as the film, also attended the premiere.
She was joined on the red carpet by director Shawn Levy and stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
Peggy the Dog—who appears as Deadpool variant Dogpool in Deadpool and Wolverine, also walked the red carpet.
Deadpool and Wolverine screenwriters Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese were also on hand for the world premiere of the movie.
Wernick and Reese also co-wrote the first two Deadpool movies.
Rob Liefeld—who co-created the comic book version of Deadpool with Fabian Nicieza—was also on hand for the Deadpool and Wolverine world premiere.
The famed comic book creator is also known for his work on Marvel’s The New Mutants and X-Force comics.
Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Iger also joined Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds at the Deadpool and Wolverine red carpet world premiere.
Disney is now the parent company of 20th Century Studios—formerly 20th Century Fox—which produced several Marvel films including the X-Men, Deadpool, Wolverine and Fantastic Four films.
Deadpool & Wolverine marks the first R-rated film entry in Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Also appearing at the Deadpool and Wolverine premiere was Matthew Macfayden, who plays Time Variance Authority executive Mr. Paradox.
Macfayden also starred in the hit series Succession.
Also appearing at the premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine were Marvel Co-President Louis D’Esposito, Marvel President Kevin Feige, executive producer Wendy Jacobson and actor Rob Delaney, who plays Deadpool’s fellow X-Force member Peter.
Deadpool and Wolverine opens in theaters nationwide on Friday.
