Mikayla Demaiter was dubbed the “sexiest ice hockey star in the world,” which apparently motivated her to leave training for photo shoots, as she decided to quit the sport to pursue a career as an OnlyFans model. The 22-year-old, originally from Ontario, Canada, was a goalie for the Bluewater Hawks in the Provincial Women’s Hockey League.
The beautiful model decided to “retire” in June 2020, when she announced via Instagram that she was about to explore a new career path. “It’s time to say goodbye to ice hockey… It’s time to turn the page and move on to the next chapter of my life, for the first time it won’t be my number one focus. I am looking forward to the future because everything you have taught me will allow me to succeed,” she wrote, as reported by the Daily Star.
Has not returned to play professionally
Since then, Demaiter has become a full-time model and Internet sensation and more so since the creation of her popular OnlyFans account, which was launched in July 2021. She occasionally gives away subscriptions and posts content almost every day.
On Instagram she is very popular, she has 1.6 million followers, who regularly receive postcards taken in a variety of places, from beaches to libraries and many more spots. She almost always shows off her best outfits.
