A new trailer for UFC 300 just dropped and it had something for everyone.
Since its inception in 1993, the MMA world leader has put on many incredible events throughout its tenure and on paper, it doesn’t get much better than their next pay-per-view event. UFC 300 is billed to be the biggest fight cards of the decade, littered with current champions, former champions and quite possibly future champs in the making.
A light heavyweight title fight between Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill will headline the historic event on Apr. 13. Ahead of the action in Las Vegas, the UFC marketing machine is already underway with yet another promo.
Homage is paid to the MMA pioneers of the past such as Royce Gracie all the way to the present day, featuring the likes of unprecedented superstar Conor McGregor and many other fighters who rose to greatness throughout the promotion’s 31-year tenure.
The UFC went in the direction of ‘old school vs. new school’, featuring several fan-favorite matchups that will never see the light of day in the Octagon. And yes, the ill-fated fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson was among the CGI face-offs in the trailer.
See them for yourself below:
