Former five-weight world champion Floyd Mayweather was in no mood to joke when YouTube star Jake Paul ripped off his cap during a skirmish between the two.
The scuffle took place in Miami right at the Hard Rock Stadium, where Mayweather and Logan Paul were holding the first press conference to promote their June 6th boxing match. Logan’s younger brother, who also attended the event, decided to make a name for himself by going up to Floyd at the moment when the boxer was giving an interview. Mayweather and Jake immediately began to argue about a joint duel, and everything was pretty mundane until the YouTuber took the cap away from Floyd, provoking a massive brawl.
After that, Jake began to brag childishly that he had a Floyd cap, while Mayweather rushed with his guards towards the insolent YouTuber, shouting that he should not show disrespect to him. In one of the episodes, Floyd managed to get quite close to Paul and, presumably, deliver several weighty blows, after which they were again pulled away from each other. At the same time, Mayweather was so enraged that the security had to hide Jake Paul from him in the back room.
