Georges St-Pierre admitted that he never liked to fight.

Former UFC two-weight champion Georges St-Pierre admitted that he never liked to fight, so now his team does not miss fighting in the octagon.

Georges St-Pierre admitted that he never liked to fight.

“I never liked fighting. I’m not lying when I talk about it. I never enjoyed time in the octagon, not even for a second. I fought because I loved to win, I loved the benefits that I got from it. And I also loved freedom. I was young, I was surrounded by money, girls, fame, access to things that no one else had. It was freedom, for which I fought.

I never competed because I liked competing and fighting. I pretty much hated it. It was unbearable stress for me. Nevertheless, I liked the awards. The greater the risk, the larger the prize. That’s why I fought. I was good at that and benefited from it. Now I miss the awards, the victorious feeling. But I don’t miss fights, not even for a second, ” – Georges St-Pierre told the UFC.
