Former Bellator lightweight champion Michael Chandler thinks the fight against New Zealander Dan Hooker is more difficult for him than the fight against Justin Gaethje, Dustin Poirier or Conor McGregor.
“I think Gaethje, Poirier and Conor suit me best in terms of style. Dan Hooker comes after them in fourth place. But I signed with the UFC, not for an easy walk.
I don’t think Dan is more experienced for the guys I named and will win if they fight. But I really believe that his physical characteristics, along with his willingness to exchange, his firm chin, will cause problems for any opponent, ”said Michael Chandler.
Recall that Michael Chandler and Dan Hooker will fight in the co-main event of UFC 257, which will take place on January 23rd at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.
