Alexander Volkanovski and Chan Sung Jung

Featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski (23-1 MMA, 10-0 UFC) puts his title on the line for the third time when he takes on “The Korean Zombie,” Chan Sung Jung (17-6 MMA, 7-3 UFC). Jung stepped in when former champion Max Holloway had to pull out of his trilogy fight against Volkanovski.

Volkanovski beat Holloway with a unanimous decision to win the belt, then defended it in a split decision rematch with him. Most recently, he outworked Brian Ortega to defend the strap. Jung fought Jose Aldo for the title in 2013, but lost by fourth-round TKO. He has gone 4-2 since then with four post-fight bonus awards.

Sterling took the title from Yan by disqualification 13 months ago. He hasn’t fought since, but Yan beat Cory Sandhagen for the interim belt and now will fight Sterling in a title unification rematch.
