Las Vegas (Nevada, USA) hosted the UFC Vegas 21 tournament, the main fight of which between Leon Edwards (18-3, 1 NC) and Belal Muhammad (18-3, 1 NC) was declared invalid after an unintentional poke in the eye with side of Edwards.
In the co-main battle of the tournament, American light heavyweight Ryan Spann (19-6) knocked out Latvian-Canadian fighter Misha Cirkunov (15-6) in the first round.
