UFC head Dana White said that he has settled disputes with former champion of the promotion in two divisions Conor McGregor, who previously posted screenshots of their personal correspondence on social networks, in which the Irishman asked him to fight against veteran Diego Sanchez.
“We could have lost our promotional license if we had this fight. At that time our relationship was very bad. I was extremely upset. It’s not that he posted our personal messages, but that we were discussing another fighter. I like Sanchez, I really respect him and I care about him. I was very upset about this situation. I personally talked about it with Sanchez. He is a good person, so everything is fine. But then McGregor really disappointed me.
Conor and I settled this issue, talked and left everything in the past. Now we have a good relationship. I always get along well with everyone when it comes to business, ” – Dana White told ESPN.
